For your convenience and enlightenment we describe the steps you should take to place an order, or request for quotation of the products you want.

- We are still placing products in some categories, so we apologize if any category you've chosen still doesn't have the products you want at your disposal.
4. Choose the product to see it's detailed information.
5. Choose the desired quantity.
6. Choose the option "Buy".
7. To complete your shopping, select "Buy".
- If you want to buy other products, choose "Continue Shopping" and repeat steps from step 2º).
8. Choose or change the address you want your ordered products be delivery to and the delivery methods.
- Due to increasing fuel tax rates, you will not be given any value in the delivery method, related to the associated shipping cost.
- A request for quotation will be made to multiple carriers, for each order, and the values reported will be sent to you to the email you've registered in your customer's account, in order to always provide you the best deal for the shipment of your order, for you to choose which of the shipping options presented you prefer to use, using our email firstname.lastname@example.org .
- For your security all orders must be shipped with insured freight, and this value is included in the shipping proposals that we'll submit you.
9. Add any additional comments:
- Most convenient schedules for your order's delivery.
- Additional information to help accuratly locate your shipping address.
- Road, air and / or sea shipment's preference.
10. Choose the option "Continue" to continue your purchase confirmation process.
11. Choose the payment method you want to use :
- Deposit / Bank Transfer
- Bank guarantee
- Letter of credit / Documentary credit (conditions to be agreed)
12. Choose the option "Continue".
13. Choose the option "Confirm order".
14. Choose the option "Continue".
15. Choose the menu option "My account".
- You can review the entire history of orders placed and their status.
- You can change / update your customer data.
- You can change / update your addresses.
- You can change your newsletter subscription.
- You can view or modify your product notifications.
16. To exit the store use the link -> Logoff my client's account
